What this workspace stores

Your email, professional profile, supplied writing, generated posts, publication permissions, and service activity are stored to run your workspace. LinkedIn access credentials are encrypted on the server. Sign-in credentials are not shared with your AI client.

Content generation

The content engine sends your supplied professional material to the configured AI provider to write drafts. Avoid supplying private employer or client information. A supplied fact is not independently verified merely because it appears in a draft.

LinkedIn and AI clients

LinkedIn receives posts you authorize for publication. An AI client receives workspace data only after you connect it through the consent screen. You can disconnect LinkedIn, pause queued publishing, or revoke AI client access in your workspace.

How long material is kept

Sign-in codes, sessions, OAuth states and AI client tokens are removed as soon as they expire. Drafts, canceled posts and failed posts older than 365 days are purged automatically, and so are service activity records older than 365 days. Scheduled and published posts stay in your workspace until you delete them or delete the workspace.

Access and deletion

Export your profile and posts from Publishing & access. Delete your workspace from the same tab: after you confirm your sign-in email, your profile, posts, publication permissions, LinkedIn connection and AI client access are removed immediately, and only an anonymised deletion record remains. Deleting workspace material does not remove posts already published on LinkedIn. Contact support@graniteai.co to report a privacy issue.
