How the money moves

You bill your clients. We invoice you. The split is 50/50.

Your contracts, your invoices, your payment terms. Nothing your clients pay passes through us.

You set the price

$49 a client a month, or more

Set your price in the portal and invoice your clients the way you already do. Grant and revoke their access yourself, the moment a contract starts or ends.

We invoice you

50% of your list price, per active seat

On the 1st of each month we invoice you 50% of your own list price for every client who had access at any point in the month just ended, due in 15 days. You keep the other 50%. Taking card payments on your own Stripe account, with us collecting a fee per charge instead, comes later.

Before you apply

What agencies ask first.

Will my clients see GraniteAi?: Your brand leads the workspace and email. LinkedIn's permission screen shows the shared app identity, and the legal pages disclose the platform operator. You bill your clients; we do not appear as their card merchant.
Who owns the client relationship?: You do. Every service email goes out from your address with your support address for replies, and each client's workspace belongs to your domain.
Can we set our own terms and refund policy?: Yes. The platform defaults apply until you publish your own commercial terms, which then replace them on your terms page.
Is the 50% share permanent?: It is the share for the first ten agencies. Any change is set out in writing in your seller agreement before it applies.
What happens if we stop?: You notify your clients and handle their billing. The seller agreement provides a 30-day export window before the domain closes. We send the final wholesale invoice.
