Getting started
Sign in with your email address. We send a six-digit code that expires in ten minutes; check your spam folder the first time. Then answer the ten questions under "Your perspective". Saving them confirms they are your own statements. Under "Your posts", choose "Write a new post". Each draft shows the exact lines from your answers it was built on under "Why it says this". Add a note like "shorter" or "less formal" and try again, or write the post yourself with "Write it myself".
Connecting LinkedIn
Under "Publishing & access", choose "Connect LinkedIn". LinkedIn shows the application name on its own permission screen. Connecting does not publish anything. Access expires from time to time; when the page says "Reconnect required", choose "Reconnect". If a scheduled post shows "reauthorization required", reconnect and schedule it again.
Publishing a post
Open a draft with "Read, edit & schedule", pick a time between 2 minutes and 90 days from now, and confirm. Posts go out within 10 minutes of the time you pick. The exact text and image you confirmed are what goes out; if you edit afterwards, confirm again. You can move or cancel a scheduled post up to the moment it starts sending. A post more than six hours overdue is not sent.
When your agency approves your posts
If your agency approves each post, the button in the post editor sends it to them for approval instead of scheduling it, and the post waits for them. Pick a time at least four hours away, so they have room to read it. Once they approve it, it goes out within 10 minutes of that time. If they send it back, it returns to your drafts with their note, if they left one, shown on the post, and you get an email. If nobody approves it before its time, nothing is published: it comes back to your drafts and you get an email asking you to pick a new time. Until then you can take it back with "Withdraw & edit".
Why did my scheduled posts get cancelled?
Saving your perspective, disconnecting LinkedIn, pausing automatic publishing, or a plan ending all cancel queued posts, including posts waiting for approval, so that nothing goes public under statements you no longer stand behind. Reschedule from "Your posts".
Plans and billing
Your first 1 draft is free to write; publishing and scheduling need an active plan, chosen under "Publishing & access".
Payment is handled by Stripe. "Manage billing" opens Stripe's portal where you can change your card, download invoices or cancel. Cancelling stops automatic publishing at the end of the paid period; your drafts and history stay.
See refunds and cancellation for the full policy.
Automatic publishing
"Authorize automatic publishing" lets the studio write and schedule one post at a time on the days and hour you pick. It needs a saved perspective, a connected LinkedIn account, an active plan and platform approval. Until approval is granted the button reports that it is awaiting approval; scheduling posts you have reviewed works in the meantime.
AI clients (MCP)
You can connect an AI client to your workspace with the URL and server name shown under "Your AI client". Use that name, or any name without LinkedIn, official or studio in it: those names are refused when you connect. The client can read your profile and posts, save drafts, and send a transcript, article or link for the studio to write a draft from. A draft from something it sends is usually ready within 10 minutes. If it sends the same thing twice, you get one draft. To get a second draft from it, have the client send it again with a different direction. It cannot publish: you confirm every post here, unless you have turned on automatic publishing. "Revoke all AI client access" cuts every client off at once.
Your data
"Export workspace" downloads your profile, posts and material as JSON. "Delete my workspace" removes everything immediately and cancels your plan; posts already on LinkedIn stay on LinkedIn. Retention and your rights are in the privacy notice.
