Using your workspace

Effective 29 September 2026.

These terms are between you and GraniteAi LLC, 145 Lakeside Drive, Manchester, NH 03104, which provides GraniteAi. How your material is handled is described in the privacy notice.

This workspace helps you prepare and publish professional content. It is offered to professionals in the United States and is not for anyone under 16. Supply only material you have permission to use. Check facts, personal experiences and employer restrictions before authorizing publication.

Publication

Connecting LinkedIn does not start publishing. Who releases a post for publication depends on the setting described under Who releases a post, below. Where a post is released by hand, what goes out is the exact version shown at the moment it is released, and a post whose text or image changes after that waits to be released again. Pause stops queued jobs; a post already being delivered may not be recallable. Posts already published on LinkedIn stay there, and deleting them is done on LinkedIn. You can also write a comment on one of your published posts from the workspace; it is sent to LinkedIn under your name when you press Send, and is not generated for you.

Who releases a post, and who sets the writing

Your workspace is set up for you by GraniteAi, and one of three settings decides who releases a post for publication. GraniteAi reviews each post and releases it. Drafts wait in your workspace until it does. You review each post yourself and release it before it can be scheduled. Posts are written and scheduled for you and go out at the scheduled time without a further check. Your own workspace shows which of the three applies to you, and it changes only when GraniteAi changes it.

Under the third setting the workspace publishes on a schedule without asking you each time, from material you supplied and a perspective you saved. You can stop it at any time by pausing publishing or disconnecting LinkedIn under Publishing & access, which also cancels anything already queued. What goes out under your name is still your responsibility, so read your scheduled posts if you leave that setting on.

GraniteAi also sets the voice, the writing style and how often posts go out for your workspace. Where you and GraniteAi have both set one of those, GraniteAi's setting is the one used. You supply your own material and your own perspective, you connect LinkedIn yourself, and you can delete or export everything at any time.

AI clients

You may connect an AI client to this workspace. That client can read your profile, your stored posts and their status and metrics, and can save a draft for you. It cannot publish. Nothing reaches LinkedIn until you confirm the exact version in the workspace. You are responsible for which client you connect, and what its provider does with what it receives is governed by that provider's terms. Revoke access at any time in Publishing & access.

Your account

You must be at least 16, able to form a binding contract, and the person whose LinkedIn account you connect. Keep your sign-in email secure; anything done from your workspace is treated as done by you until you tell us otherwise. One workspace per LinkedIn profile; an assistant who helps you signs in with the same address.

Acceptable use

Do not use the workspace to publish anything unlawful, defamatory, harassing, deceptive or infringing; to impersonate anyone; to post on a LinkedIn account that is not yours; to send spam or bulk unsolicited content; to scrape, probe or overload the service or LinkedIn; to supply confidential information you are not entitled to disclose, or personal data about other people without a lawful basis; or to build a competing service from its outputs. We may suspend or end a workspace that breaks these rules or LinkedIn's terms, with notice where practicable.

If you believe content prepared or published through this workspace infringes your rights or is about you, write to support@graniteai.co with the LinkedIn post URL and the reason. We will pass it to the customer, and may suspend the workspace while it is resolved. Removal from LinkedIn is done through LinkedIn's own reporting tools.

Your material and generated drafts

You own what you supply and what the workspace writes for you. You give GraniteAi LLC a non-exclusive licence to store, process, render and transmit that material only to operate the workspace for you: to write drafts, render headline images, publish what you confirm, and read back your analytics. The licence ends when the material is deleted. Drafts are produced by a language model from your material; you are responsible for reviewing them before publication, and you confirm that you hold the rights to everything you supply.

LinkedIn

Publishing depends on LinkedIn's permissions, which you grant and can revoke at any time in LinkedIn settings or under Publishing & access. You remain bound by LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies for everything published or commented under your name. We do not access your connections, your inbox or other members' data, and we do not act on your account except as this page and your confirmations describe. LinkedIn is not a party to these terms and may change or withdraw access without notice.

Disclaimer

The workspace is provided as is and as available. GraniteAi LLC makes no warranty about the accuracy of drafts, uninterrupted access, LinkedIn's behaviour, or any outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, GraniteAi LLC's total liability arising from the workspace in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid for it in that period, and neither party is liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You will cover GraniteAi LLC for third-party claims arising from material you supply or content you confirm for publication, to the extent they result from your breach of these terms.

Ending

You can delete your workspace at any time. We can suspend or end it for breach, for non-payment after notice, or if LinkedIn withdraws the access the workspace depends on. On ending, the retention and deletion section applies.

Governing law and disputes

New Hampshire law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, and each party consents to that venue. Before filing, write to support@graniteai.co and allow 30 days to resolve it informally.

Availability

LinkedIn access depends on its permissions and connection status. Analytics may be unavailable. Generated drafts can contain errors and can restate a supplied fact without verifying it. No audience growth, career outcome or business result is guaranteed.

Plans, payment and refunds

Questions about your plan or billing go to support@graniteai.co.

Plans are billed monthly or annually in US dollars through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from Manage billing under Publishing & access; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made. Deleting your workspace cancels your plan immediately, with no proration for the unused part of the period. Charges already made are not refunded. A refund happens only at our discretion, or when your card network reverses a charge. When a plan ends, automatic publishing pauses and scheduled posts are cancelled; drafts stay until the retention period in the section below. Prices can change with at least 30 days' notice by email before your next renewal. A workspace belongs to the seller domain it was created on and cannot be moved to another seller.

Payments are processed by GraniteAi LLC and appear on your card statement under that name.

Your first 1 draft is free to write; choosing a plan under Publishing & access unlocks scheduling and publishing.

Retention and deletion

Unpublished drafts, canceled posts and activity records are kept for 365 days. Scheduled and published posts stay until you remove them. You can delete your workspace at any time from Publishing & access. Billing records are kept for seven years after that, as the privacy notice explains.

Changes

Material changes to these terms are posted here at least fifteen days before they take effect, with a revised date. Earlier versions are available on request at support@graniteai.co.
